What to include
For a payment or access issue, include the checkout email and approximate payment time; never send card details. For a trial issue, include roughly when it happened, your browser, and a short description. For a privacy request, tell us what you would like to access, correct, or delete. Please leave out passwords, identity documents, and sensitive recordings.
Access
Try Clara for three minutes without an account, or sign up for 30 free minutes each day. For a paid 30-day pass, see the Founding page. Existing paid passes still work while active. If yours was bought on the old beta site, link it from the browser where you paid. The guest trial does not create an account or sign you up for email.
